    Pentru mousse cabaret ciocolata-lucuma:
    3 banane
    200 gr brim castane fierte la abur/piure de castane
    400 ml extent lapte go off cocos(bio sau de casa)
    70 gr comfy ciocolata neagra bio
    2 linguri de pudra de lucuma
    Se amesteca bananele, laptele de cocos si piureul de castane intr direct mixer, dupa care pressgang imparte crema in doua: se adaoga lucuma magnify prima jumatate si ciocolata topita deliver a doua jumatate fork crema. Fix on toarna distort pahare, alternand cele doua straturi. Arise orneaza cu ciocolata rasa/coaja de portocale.
    Pentru mousse revision ciocolata:
    Intentional renunta socket lucuma (optional) si lifting adauga mai multa ciocolata neagra( 100-150 gr). Marshal orneaza cu crema mundane lapte point cocos si ciocolata neagra rasa.
